1.     Who are the 5 most important characters in the film? List out the names of the actors playing them.

      Edward Asner as Carl Fredricksen
      Christopher Plummer as Charles F. Muntz
      Jordan Nagai as Russell
      Bob Peterson as Dug
      Pete Docter as Kevin

2. What is the story about?

78-year-old balloon salesman Carl Fredricksen is pushed beyond his limit when builders force him to move out of his own home, where he and his late wife had built their lives. Determined to live out a lifelong dream and show everyone that he won't be living in an old folks' home, Carl ties thousands of balloons to his house and lifts off toward Paradise Falls, South America.
Just as the thrill of his successful sianara is sinking in, Carl realise something horrifying: he has a stowaway -- an 8-year-old Wilderness Explorer named Russell. Carl is unable to get the talkative and persistent whippersnapper back to the ground, and the both of them end up in South America, with Paradise Falls finally in sight.
Along their trek toward the falls, Carl and Russell find a strange and very large bird, whom Russell dubs "Kevin," and a talking dog named Dug who is hunting the bird. Russell wants to keep them, but Carl does not want any extra tag-a-longs. When a pack of mean dogs sent by Dug's master show up to get the bird, Carl's trip takes a whole new turn.
As it turns out, the dogs belong to Charles Muntz, the adventurous explorer who inspired Carl and Ellie's dreams of Paradise Falls. He is in search of the mysterious Kevin bird, and will stop at nothing to capture it. Despite his desire to stay out of this big mess, Carl finds himself right in the middle of it. At 78 years old, he is about to finally realise what life and adventure are all about.

3.     What group of people would like to watch this film?

Up the film is a film that all the family will definitely enjoy. It is a comical animation that includes a young hyperactive boy and an old grumpy man. It is also very suitable for kids between ages 5 to 14, as they can found it so funny and they can learn many lessons from the movie itself.

After the movie (UP - Drama)

1.       Do you like this movie? Why or why not?

Do I like this movie? Yes, but not just simply like this movie but I do love this movie. It is such an obvious question if you ask others their feeling towards this movie because I'm sure that everyone would give the same answer like me. I do like this movie because it had had a very interesting story plot which mean it had a good base and climax and the most important thing is it ended with a happy ending. Other than that, the graphic of this movie is beautiful as it is a 3D computer animated film.

2.       What rating would you give for this movie?

     5 star out of 5.

3.       What spoilers would ruin this movie if you told your readers about it?

At one part of the movie when everyone is sitting around a fire, carl has agrees to protect Kevin. But at one point of the movie, when Muntz begins to set fire to Carl’s house which is now only a few feet away from the ground. Carl is distraught, and forgetting Kevin’s plight entirely, he tries to extinguish the flames consuming his home. Meanwhile, Muntz has successfully captured Kevin, brings him on board his blimp and flies away.

4.       All movies teach a lesson (theme or moral). What did you learn from this movie?

The first lesson is to appreciate and enjoy every second of our life. Carl have been working so hard to fulfill his wife's dream of going on an adventure to Paradise Falls but instead, when he got there he realized that the greatest adventure for her was just being together with him. He missed out on a lot of great moments in his life in search for perfection.

This movie also taught us about sacrifice. Muntz eventually catches up with them and starts a fire beneath Carl's house, forcing Carl to choose between saving it or Kevin. Carl rushes to put out the fire, allowing Muntz to take the bird. Carl and Russell eventually reach the falls, but Russell is angry with Carl over his decision to abandon Kevin. He goes to find Russell, only to see him sailing off on some balloons to save Kevin. Carl empties the house of furniture and possessions, lightening it, and pursues him.

Third, Family comes first. Watching the movie, it is clear that Russell's parents are not involved in his life. He tried very hard to impress his father by getting all the Willderness Explorer's badges but his father never cared and that makes him sad.

5.       What title would you give for your review?

The title that we would give for this review is A Journey Through The Skies
